Main Duties and Responsibilities Include: Lead and oversee all IT workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions, ensuring efficient and value-driven integration processes. Conduct IT due diligence in collaboration with Corporate Development, Security, and Finance, evaluating technical environments, operational maturity, risks, and costs to inform strategic decisions. Create and maintain a dynamic IT M&A playbook, detailing governance structures, integration standards, and milestones for long-term transformation. Plan and implement Day 1, Day 30, and Day 90 integration milestones to ensure smooth business operations and IT readiness. Act as the primary IT integration leader across acquired entities, ensuring alignment and effective communication with acquired leadership teams. Establish robust integration governance frameworks and reporting structures to track progress and manage risks effectively. Identify and resolve operational gaps post-acquisition, ensuring a rapid stabilization of IT environments. Collaborate with various IT teams to ensure seamless integration of services, tools, and processes across the organization. Manage IT separation for divestitures, including transition planning and negotiation support. Oversee budgeting and cost management related to M&A IT initiatives, ensuring financial transparency. Identify opportunities for optimization in IT platforms, vendor management, and processes to enhance value realization. Ensure compliance with security standards and operational controls for all acquired environments. Lead efforts to prepare the organization for integration, focusing on communication, onboarding, and change management to minimize disruption. Build and guide a high-performing IT M&A team, establishing clear objectives and promoting a culture of excellence and accountability. Provide executive-level updates on integration status, challenges, and impacts, facilitating informed strategic decisions. Navigate fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple concurrent acquisitions, balancing priorities efficiently. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in IT leadership with a focus on technology integration and enterprise transformations. 5+ years in a leadership role, managing high-performing technical or program teams. Experience in IT due diligence and post-merger integration processes. Strong knowledge of IT Operations, including service management and operational tools. Proven experience developing and implementing M&A playbooks and integration frameworks. Demonstrated success in driving Day 1 readiness and achieving measurable integration milestones. Solid financial skills in budgeting and cost tracking for IT initiatives. Experience engaging with executive leadership and cross-functional partners during transactions. Adept at quickly assessing operational maturity and devising remediation strategies. Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical insights to executive audiences. Expertise in program management with a focus on risk mitigation and cross-functional collaboration. Proven ability to handle dynamic environments characterized by rapid growth and competing priorities. Strong leadership attributes, including accountability, a proactive approach, and effective influence skills. Compensation for this role varies based on experience and responsibilities, with an estimated total cash compensation range of $160,000-$200,000 USD.
