Position Description & Qualifications Join Serco as a Program Control Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in planning, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on project performance across a range of contract types and complexities in a dynamic remote environment. As a key member of the program team, you will collaborate closely with the Program Manager and other stakeholders to define project goals, drive improvements, and ensure successful progress and performance. This position requires the ability to obtain or maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. Key Responsibilities: Provide essential cost, schedule, and funding planning and analysis support to Program Managers, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and development of time-phased budgets. Lead project setup in alignment with contract requirements. Prepare timely financial Estimates at Complete (EAC) for submissions. Identify and assess project risks and opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address them. Review and evaluate contract modifications and communicate their impacts to the management team. Monitor costs and manpower weekly, ensuring adherence to budgets and accurate job numbering. Conduct analytical reviews of cost reporting documentation and variances. Prepare presentations for Internal Program Reviews (IPR) and support financial Contract Data Requirements (CDRL). Ensure that contractual obligations and customer deliverables are met accurately and timely. Handle ad-hoc financial analysis requests from PMO and other departments. Provide updates on funding status, ensuring transparency and reliable communication. Assist the accounts receivable team during the billing process and manage unbilled issues through collaboration. Calculate and prepare subcontractor and vendor accruals per GAAP and internal policies. Ensure the accurate recording of program revenue and profit in line with EAC requirements. Advise management on profit risks and opportunities for optimal decision-making. Maintain compliance with GAAP, FAR, and all company policies related to contract performance. Offer guidance and mentorship to less experienced Project Controllers. Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship is required. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. Bachelors Degree in Business, Program Management, or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Finance or Accounting; or a High School Diploma with 6 years of related experience.
