In the role of Lead AI Decision Science Specialist, you will: Lead and manage comprehensive data science, AI, and analytics projects. Oversee both domestic and international teams in Data Science and Machine Learning. Act as a liaison between business needs and technical solutions. Foster strong relationships with business and analytics stakeholders. Drive the sales process by generating and leading innovative data science and machine learning solutions. Customize AI and data science models to tackle specific industry challenges. Collaborate with Accenture's network and partner with strategy, consulting, and technology teams. Enhance talent development in Data Science and Machine Learning within the organization. Identify AI use cases, create business cases, evaluate ROI, and develop transformation roadmaps. Guide organizations on responsible AI adoption, governance, and ensure solutions effectively demonstrate value. Willingness to travel up to 80% based on client expectations is required. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience creating decision-making frameworks and models. 5+ years in consulting roles. 5+ years of experience leading workstreams and managing deadlines. 5+ years in large-scale delivery initiatives. Proven success in managing AI or data science projects. Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. Strong problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with AI Native and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of big data technologies and agent-based modeling. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Exceptional program management, leadership, and communication skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
