Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Doctorate degree in Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited college or university. License: Active Indiana Pharmacy License. Preferred Experience: Recent hospital pharmacy experience within the last 5 years (new graduates with strong hospital work experience will also be considered). Preferred Qualifications: Completion of a PGY-1 Residency or experience in specialized areas of pharmacy. We also welcome retail pharmacists with hospital pharmacy experience. Why Join Us?
