You will develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy while setting and monitoring revenue targets. Lead our dynamic nationwide sales team, cultivating a performance-oriented, metrics-driven culture. You will define a revenue enablement playbook and oversee a customer success strategy to enhance utilization, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate should be a K-12 revenue-driven leader with a deep commitment to fostering students' healthy relationships with technology. A strong background in sales strategy, forecasting, process improvement, and performance management is essential. We seek an individual with a proven track record of scaling high-performing teams and achieving results in the SaaS K-12 education market. This role requires collaboration with the executive team, especially the CEO, CFO, and the Board, in a high-growth, mission-driven company. You will need expertise in sales strategy, accurate forecasting, and process improvement, along with the ability to lead through changes in PE-backed or investor-driven environments. As a strategic, data-informed leader, you will focus on cross-functional collaboration, providing market and customer insights to drive product development and go-to-market initiatives. You will help promote system-level thinking, eliminate friction points, and accelerate decision-making across functions to support our company's growth and market presence.
