General Purpose The Retail Loss Prevention Specialist plays a crucial role in our stores by providing a visible presence at entrances and exits, helping to deter theft and fraud while ensuring a safe environment for our associates and customers. You will engage with all customers through eye contact, friendly greetings, and a command presence, all while adhering to the Code 50 package inspection policy. This position also involves walking the sales floor to identify theft indicators as directed by store leadership and partnering with them to ensure compliance with loss prevention strategies.
