Job Overview As a Full Stack Software Associate Engineer, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of software engineers to design, implement, and deploy innovative systems that meet customer needs and are cloud-native. Your role will focus on maintaining and enhancing full stack software solutions, which encompass front-end web frameworks, back-end services, microservices, databases, and all necessary cloud infrastructure required to deploy and sustain these solutions. You will also be responsible for evolving the full software solution while deepening your understanding of its technical components. Key Responsibilities: Enhance and maintain full stack web solutions, managing both back-end and front-end components. Collaborate with your team to break down features into user stories and provide estimations. Continuously expand your knowledge of emerging technologies and communicate your ideas effectively. Keep abreast of the technology roadmap and enhance your job knowledge by tracking new engineering practices. Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Required). Less than 2 years of experience in full stack web development, covering both front-end and back-end. Less than 2 years of JavaScript experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Webpack, JavaScript, and at least one front-end framework along with one backend framework (Required). Understanding of web protocols, full stack application functionality, and data flow (Required). Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel: Travel may be required. Base Pay Range: $72,300 - $130,400 Corporate Bonus Target: 10% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate. Actual pay will depend on various factors, including work location, qualifications, and experience. At T-Mobile, regular employees are eligible for annual bonuses or periodic sales incentives based on their role. Many corporate employees may receive a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance, typically calculated as a percentage of their eligible earnings from the prior year.
