About the Team Zoom Whiteboard is an essential component of Zoom's suite for productivity and collaboration. It serves as a dynamic visual workspace for teams to brainstorm, organize, and enhance their ideas. As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the direction of visual collaboration, facilitating innovation in how users ideate and collaborate across the platform. You will integrate whiteboard workflows with Zoom, the AI Companion, and key partnerships, significantly enhancing the user experience. Responsibilities Enhance Zoom Whiteboard's adoption among various customer segments through targeted go-to-market strategies, product-led growth initiatives, and collaborations with strategic partners (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Workspace). Collaborate with AI Companion and Workflow teams to develop capabilities that transition whiteboards from static tools to intelligent, automated workspace solutions. Define and execute a comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap focused on AI-driven user experiences. Lead cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, research, data, and marketing—to deliver high-quality, customer-centric product releases. Collect and synthesize user feedback, usage data, market research, and competitive insights to guide product development and decisions. Drive product adoption, engagement, and retention through informed prioritization and data-driven experimentation. Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure effective product launches and clear market positioning. What we're looking for Proven experience in driving product-led growth and scaling products, especially in online segments; a successful track record of go-to-market strategies and channel partnerships. Experience with third-party integrations and marketplace ecosystems, with the ability to identify and prioritize impactful integrations for user engagement. Deep understanding of agentic AI, workflow automation, and utilizing AI to enhance productivity tools as intelligent assistants. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a background in agile development settings. A minimum of 7 years in product management, including at least 3 years leading whiteboarding, visual collaboration, or design tools; evidence of successfully launching and scaling B2B SaaS solutions. Experience with digital whiteboard technologies and real-time collaborative platforms; familiarity with AI or automation-driven products is advantageous. Solid grasp of visual collaboration and design workflows, including brainstorming and creative ideation challenges in enterprise productivity. A data-driven approach to product strategy and decision-making. Strong aptitude for aligning cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and effectively presenting to senior leadership. Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $124,000.00 Maximum: $271,200.00 In addition to base salary and/or OTE, Zoom employs a Total Direct Compensation philosophy considering base salary, bonuses, and equity value.
