Boulder Care is seeking passionate Nurse Practitioners committed to Harm Reduction principles and experienced in prescribing buprenorphine-based medications for opioid use disorder in an outpatient setting. We are looking for individuals who: Reside in one of the following states: AK, AZ, CO, FL, ID, KS, MD, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, WA, WY Hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in their state of residence. Note: Candidates in Florida must possess an active Florida Nurse Practitioner license with the Autonomous Practice designation. Have at least 1 year of experience in an independent outpatient setting where prescribing buprenorphine-based medications is a core responsibility. Are dedicated to full-time work: 30-40 hours/week, with shifts concluding by 6pm in their local time zone. The Role We are hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners with independent buprenorphine prescribing experience to support patient recovery in a structured, remote environment. Schedule & Shifts: Available as full-time (30-40 hours/week) or part-time options, with fixed shifts ending at 6pm local time. Remote Work: 100% virtual environment. Support: Comprehensive onboarding, access to NP Supervisor during shifts, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary Care Team. Qualifications: Active NP license and residence in one of the listed states. Note: Currently, we cannot hire PA-Cs or CNSs. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an independent outpatient setting, regularly prescribing buprenorphine-based medications. Interest in full-time work, with shifts ending at 6pm in the local time zone. Strong patient-centered approach and capacity to work autonomously. Private workspace suitable for a HIPAA-compliant setup. Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time): Salary: $130k-$140k (up to $145k in selected high-cost markets); pro-rated for part-time hours. Advanced certification pay differentials: +2% for PMHNP, +1% for CARN-AP (eligibility after 6 months, contingent on performance). W2 employment offers health, dental, and vision coverage (up to 100% for individuals, 60% for dependents). PTO: 4 weeks/year (5 weeks after 2 years), plus 9 paid holidays. 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave (after 6 months). Licensing/waiver coverage and hardware provided.
