What You Can Expect Paragon 28, a Zimmer Biomet company specializing in orthopedic medical devices for foot and ankle, is looking for a Soft Tissue & Biologics Product Manager. The primary responsibilities of this role will include delivering education, training, and clinical support, as well as directing sales strategies for Paragon 28's Soft Tissue & Biologics range throughout the surgical continuum. How You'll Create Impact Collaborate with Sales Agents, Area VPs of Sales, VPs of Sales, EVPs of Marketing and Medical Education, and Directors to create customized training materials for our product line. Maintain effective communication with Directors of Soft Tissue & Biologics to keep sales agents and surgeons updated during the education and sales phases. Work with Surgeons and Sales Agents to ensure the availability of instruments and implants and provide adequate support during surgical procedures. Engage strategically with sales management and local personnel to identify and convert potential surgeon prospects. Develop a deep understanding of the Paragon 28 product portfolio to assist surgeons in resolving intraoperative challenges. Deliver technical support during Soft Tissue & Biologics procedures, including attending surgical cases and providing training for sales agents and operating room staff prior to surgeries. Organize and participate in training events and dinners, as necessary, to enhance surgeon proficiency for their initial surgical experiences. Support sales and marketing personnel with training on all facets of Soft Tissue & Biologics technology and the market. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Your Background Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A minimum of three years of experience in the foot & ankle market, ideally with a background in Foot & Ankle Soft Tissue Surgery. Prior experience in Sales and Marketing is essential. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. A positive attitude and the ability to navigate challenges; demonstrate leadership by example. A talent for recognizing opportunities that benefit all stakeholders. Proven initiative, drive, and emotional intelligence. Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical abilities. A strong clinical and technical proficiency. Proven capability to handle multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally with minimal supervision. Experience in developing robust partnerships with teams in Sales, Marketing, Clinical, R&D, and Operations to meet business goals. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment, balancing various tasks within the marketing realm. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Travel Expectations Expect approximately 75% travel, including overnight stays. Compensation Data Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 annually, plus potential for bonuses. EOE
