This facility includes a comfortable office environment with an on-site gym facility. Summary of the Position:The Virtual Development Specialist plays a key role in supporting the success of our Remote Delivery team. This position is responsible for developing and delivering training for both new and existing team members across remote channels, including the Contact Center, Remote Financial Center, and ITM departments.This role serves as a subject matter expert on credit union products, services, and processes, while also acting as a mentor and resource to team members. The Virtual Development Specialist helps create a positive, supportive environment focused on continuous learning and development. The successful candidate should have the following skills/qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.Minimum 1 year experience in a Contact Center environment, preferably within a Credit Union or financial institution.Strong leadership and team-building skillsAbility to effectively handle challenging situations with professionalismStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenDetail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skillsAbility to coach and provide feedback in a constructive wayDemonstrates a sense of urgency in supporting both internal teams and members What are some of the responsibilities of a Virtual Development Specialist? Maintain a strong understanding of all credit union products, services, and policies and ensure internal resources (Knowledge Base) are kept accurate and up to date as processes evolve.Develop and update training materials for new hires and ongoing team development.Plan, schedule, and facilitate training sessions across the Remote Delivery team.Provide one-on-one and group coaching to support team member growth and performance.Serve as a resource for Contact Center agents and Video Tellers.Assist team members with questions, issue resolution, and member interactions to ensure a high level of service.Offer constructive feedback, recognize improvements, and encourage continued development.Identify training gaps and recommend process improvements or enhancements.
