Job Description

Pediatric Physical Therapist Frederick, MD | Part time or Full Time About Us We’re pediatric therapy clinic where clinicians are supported, families feel cared for, and kids thrive. At our practice, balance and flexibility aren’t just buzzwords—they’re the foundation of how we work. We believe in play-based, child-led therapy delivered through a respect-based lens. That means we treat every child as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. We keep things fun, collaborative, and flexible for both our patients and our team. We are expanding our therapy services to Frederick, MD and looking for clinicians to join our team.  Why Join Us? · Therapist-Owned & Operated – We understand the challenges because we’ve lived them. · Flexible Scheduling – Build your caseload your way, from part-time to full-time. · Support & Mentorship – Especially for new grads; our experienced PT is happy to mentor in pediatrics and infant care. · Collaborative Environment – Work alongside speech and occupational therapists in a supportive, team-first clinic. · Growth-Friendly – Whether you’re looking for a few hours or a full caseload, you’ll have autonomy to shape your schedule. What You’ll Do · Provide pediatric physical therapy services in a small, family-centered clinic. · Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care. · Foster positive relationships with families while providing evidence-based, play-driven interventions. What We Offer · Pay: Higher rate compared to salaried position, cancellation rate, paid documentation time and flat rate for evaluations. · Extras: MD state licensure reimbursement, CEU membership, and opportunities for continuing education. · Flexibility: Choose your own hours (10–40 per week). · Autonomy with Support: Independence in your clinical practice while knowing you have a team behind you. Requirements · Doctorate in Physical Therapy (required) · Maryland PT license (required) · CPR Certification (preferred) · Passion for pediatrics and a compassionate, patient-centered approach If you’re a caring, motivated PT who’s ready for flexibility, balance, and meaningful work—we’d love to hear from you.
