Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead is on the lookout for a dedicated Front Desk Lead to enhance our team! This beautiful property features 326 suites and is situated in the vibrant Buckhead fashion district, conveniently located between Lenox Mall, Phipps Plaza, and The Shoppes at Buckhead, just blocks from a MARTA rail station! We are seeking a passionate individual with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within our team, maintain flexible availability, and have at least 2 years of experience as a front desk supervisor in the hotel industry. Previous experience with Hilton and familiarity with OnQ are essential. Shift Pattern: Full open availability is required including weekdays, weekends, and holidays between the hours of 7am - 11:30pm. Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour What are the benefits of working for Hilton? Overseeing front desk operations to ensure smooth functionality. Providing exceptional guest service, guidance, and leadership to the team. Assigning tasks and instructing team members on work details. Monitoring lobby traffic and adjusting staffing as needed. Resolving customer complaints with professionalism. Training, supervising, scheduling, and evaluating staff performance. What are we looking for?
