Restaurant Manager / Assistant GM needed for a casual service-focused restaurant group-that boasts a stable environment that has good systems and structure. Managers here enjoy a Great quality of life!Restaurant Manager Requirements:         Focus each day -Taking great care of our guests and staff members.         Come to work each day with a great attitude.          Responsible for training staff, helping with marketing and HR admin duties.         Ensure good service with both front and back of the house responsibilities.         Inventory, cost control, POS interaction, schedules and managing productivity.Restaurant Manager Requirements:         At least 1-2 years of Management Experience - Preferably with a mix including a full-service corporate restaurant brand.         Some P&L exposure is ideal         The ability to build and lead a strong team          Inventories, cost controls, and some experience with declining budgets         Hiring, scheduling, and training validationsRestaurant Manager Benefits:         Great starting salaries from 55k up to 65k         Strong, attainable bonus structures up to 9k annually ( much more at the GM level) !         Health, dental, and vision insurance 401K
