Join Our Dynamic Therapy Team!Job Description:-Profession:Therapy/Rehabilitation -Specialty:OT Acute Care Hospital -Shift:- Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:00) - Every Saturday required - Tuesday through Saturday schedule -Experience Requirements:- 1 year of acute care hospital experience - First-timers accepted -Charting System:- Epic -Certifications Required:- Manual Therapy - Hand Therapy - BLS (preferred) -Skills & Experience:- Preferred experience with adult rehabilitation facility, acute care, and various diagnoses, including: - Traumatic Brain Injury - Multiple Sclerosis - Parkinson’s Disease - Spinal Cord Injury - Soft Tissue Injuries - Hand Injury - Proficient in assessment, discharge planning, and Activities of Daily Living - Familiarity with: - Biofeedback - Edema Massage - Functional Independence Measure (FIM) - Knowledge in safety and injury prevention, patient/family education -Patient Demographics:- Adults and Geriatrics - Daily Census: 185 -Interdisciplinary Support:- Work alongside Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Social Services, and more -Unit Details:- Level II trauma center focusing on neurological diagnosis - Opportunity to float between like units -Orientation:- 40 hours of training (16 hours specific orientation) -Scheduling:- RTO restrictions apply; must be included at submissionWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
