Your Role as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) In this position, you will: Make a meaningful difference in your community through inclusive and effective physical therapy treatment. Administer physical therapy treatments as specified in a treatment plan set by a supervising Physical Therapist. Safely progress patients through treatment levels, respecting their individual capabilities. Regularly consult with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient progress and any changes in condition. Accurately document all treatments and relevant patient interactions as per CORA policies. Educate patients and their families on home programs and activity modifications. Foster open communication with patients, families, and other rehabilitation team members. Work collaboratively with teammates to enhance your skills and enrich the clinic culture. Qualifications for Success Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. Current PTA License or eligibility to obtain licensure.
