JOB SUMMARY: You will support three product domains by turning data into decisions, translating requirements into user stories, and ensuring that features ship with quality, compliance, and measurable impact. Key Responsibilities: Partner with Product Directors and PMs to define problem statements, success metrics, and quarterly OKRs across marketplace liquidity, origination, and servicing outcomes. Build and maintain dashboards that track core KPIs such as conversion, match rateapproval ratetime to decision, funding speed, delinquency, cure ratecustomer effort, and cost to serve. Instrument events and data pipelines with engineering and analytics to ensure accurate, consistent measurement across web, mobile, and partner channels. Analyze funnels and run cohort studies to identify drop-offs and opportunities for experiments, then size impact and recommend next actions. Support discovery by facilitating user interviews, synthesizing insights, mapping journeys, and documenting requirements and acceptance criteria. Write crisp user stories and test cases, partner with QA for UAT, and validate releases in production with guardrails and feature flags. Manage partner and vendor data dependencies (identity, credit, fraud, income, e-contracting, payments), monitor data quality, and triage issues to closure. Contribute to risk and compliance readiness by operationalizing product controls and keeping audit-ready artifacts for ECOA and Reg B, FCRA, UDAAP, Reg Z, SCRA, and related guidelines. Improve product operations: maintain backlogs, decision logs, runbooks, and SLAs; coordinate launch checklists; and drive continuous improvement with post-release readouts. Qualifications and Skills: Education Bachelor's degree in business or information technology, preferably M.B.A Experience 3-6 years of experience in product analytics, business analysis, or product operations for consumer or fintech products, ideally with marketplace or lending exposure. Strong data skills: SQL and spreadsheets, plus one of Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar; comfort with event analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel. Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and testable success criteria. Clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder coordination, and an ownership mindset. Working knowledge of APIs, data models, and integration patterns; ability to partner closely with engineers and data teams. Nice to have Familiarity with auto finance and dealer ecosystems, including off-lease flows and dealer tools. Exposure to decision engines, LOS and LMS, KYC and IDV, fraud tooling, e-contracting, and payment processors. Experience with experimentation frameworks, basic Python or R for ad-hoc analysis, and service design techniques. Awareness of fair-lending and consumer-finance obligations and how product telemetry supports compliance.
