Your Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at CORA, you will: Deliver impactful physical therapy services to your local community with inclusive care. Implement treatment plans designed by a Physical Therapist, adhering to established protocols. Progress patients through their rehabilitation journey safely and skillfully. Regularly consult with your supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient advancements and any changes in condition. Document all treatments and relevant patient interactions in line with CORA policies. Educate patients and their families on home programs and activity guidelines. Foster effective communication with patients, families, and other rehabilitation team members. Collaborate with your colleagues to enhance your skills and nurture a positive clinic culture. Qualifications Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
