You will primarily report to the Sr. Manager of Safety and Maintenance and contribute to a thriving work environment. Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations (75%): Assist with coordinating maintenance and repair for conveyors, machines, and equipment. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and Carter's safety policies. Maintain cleanliness and work collaboratively to maximize productivity and minimize conflict. Support Functions (25%): Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on material handling equipment. Support maintenance of facility property, including HVAC, generators, and security systems. Assist in various operational tasks as assigned. Requirements: Ability to operate equipment and pass safety certification. Experience with industrial hand tools and basic electrical knowledge. Strong team player with a customer-service mindset. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding role. Effective communication skills. Willingness to work overtime and adhere to peak period policies. A valid state-issued driver's license with a good driving record. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required. Formal technical education or training is a plus. 0-2 years of maintenance experience.
