Job Overview As a Senior Consultant for Life Insurance Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our life and annuity services through your extensive expertise and insights. This position requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of life and annuity processes, alongside the ability to implement emerging technologies. Your main goal will be to integrate AI and agentic AI into our operations, providing forward-thinking solutions for our clients. Additionally, you will utilize your business development expertise to strengthen strategic client relationships and drive organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: Innovate and adapt methods and procedures to tackle complex challenges effectively. Ensure project alignment with the strategic vision set forth by senior management. Make well-informed decisions while seeking advice on more complicated issues. Engage actively with supervisory staff, including client and Accenture leadership. Generate innovative concepts and help transform them into market-ready solutions. Establish and implement procedures for new projects with the necessary oversight. Lead small teams or oversee projects at client sites or within Accenture. Work collaboratively with teams to harmonize business objectives and technological capabilities, delivering optimal value to clients. Serve in roles related to product management or as a product owner during consulting and technology implementation initiatives. Be prepared to travel up to 80% of the time. Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of consulting or industry experience with life and annuity carriers, especially regarding technology integration and business process design. At least 3 years of experience in agile delivery, with a strong foundation as a product manager or product owner. Proven track record in identifying, developing, selling, and leading consulting projects within the insurance sector. Excellent problem-solving abilities for devising effective solutions, particularly in claims management. Foundational understanding of AI and agentic AI along with their applications in life and annuities, including automation and predictive analytics. Demonstrated success in designing AI-supported workflows and collaborating with technical teams to implement solutions that meet compliance and ethical standards. Compensation Information: We offer competitive compensation that varies based on factors such as role, skill set, and experience level.
