This role offers potential for additional earnings through voluntary overtime and task-based work dependent on business needs, with total compensation potential reaching $100,000 per year. $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for New Hires Primary Purpose of Position The Lead HVAC Service Technician is accountable for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment and water heaters. This role prioritizes the completion of all work safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with local and national regulations. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Conduct preventative maintenance on all residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems, training others as needed. Assist and mentor in sealed system HVAC and advanced appliance repairs as part of our development program. Deliver exceptional customer service, effectively communicating work performed and recommendations to homeowners. Complete all necessary documentation, including service tickets, time logs, and material usage. Be available for on-call duties, responding to emergencies as required. Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are well-maintained and in optimal condition. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies. Minimum Qualifications 5 years of experience or a combination of work and accredited training totaling 5 years in HVAC service. All required state licensing in HVAC services. Valid EPA-608 Technician Certification, Type 2 or higher. Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated customer service abilities. Advanced knowledge of tools and materials used in HVAC service. Expertise in servicing heating and air conditioning equipment. Proficiency in servicing gas and electric water heaters. Sales acumen with the capability to promote and recommend all company services. Possession of a valid driver's license and eligibility to meet Company driving standards. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Preferred Qualifications NATE Certification is a plus.
