Pilot Flying J is in search of a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in running our high-volume establishments. In this role, you will directly support our Restaurant General Manager and play a key role in overseeing the restaurant operations within our travel center. Your responsibilities will include: Filling in for the Restaurant General Manager as needed Assisting in the recruitment, coaching, training, and development of Team Members Directing and assigning work to Team Members to ensure efficiency Creating and maintaining a positive work environment Expediting food service and assisting with food preparation Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and a strict adherence to food safety standards The salary range for this position is between $39,400.00 and $57,125.00 per year. Qualifications As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you should possess exceptional team leadership skills and a strong commitment to customer service. Integrity and accountability are essential at this managerial level.
