Your Role: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will be instrumental in attracting exceptional professionals to the Crowe family. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and partners to comprehensively understand their recruitment needs and facilitate a smooth hiring process. Your effectiveness will rely on building strong relationships, influencing hiring strategies, and accurately assessing candidates. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete recruitment cycle from the initial requisition approval through to the offer stage. Partner with hiring leaders to create and execute effective recruitment strategies under the mentorship of your Team Lead. Stay informed about industry trends within your specialization to serve as a trusted talent advisor. Utilize market intelligence tools to provide hiring managers with insights into candidate trends, adjusting strategies as necessary. Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering timely communication and constructive feedback. Engage with industry contacts, past candidates, and current employees for referrals to enhance our recruitment efforts. Apply diverse sourcing methods and tools to discover potential candidates. Maintain data accuracy for real-time recruitment reporting. Propose ideas for improving recruitment processes. Get involved in special projects and initiatives as needed. Promote and embody Crowe's core values of diversity and inclusion. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. At least 3 years of experience in recruiting or a relevant HR role. Outstanding multitasking and time management abilities to thrive in a fast-moving environment. A proven strategic mindset with a proactive approach to adapting to market dynamics. Experience as a reliable Talent Advisor, effectively aligning with business leaders on shared goals. Consultative nature with a history of building strong stakeholder relationships. Strong communication, organizational, and talent assessment skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
