In this vital role, you will play a crucial part in cultivating an engaged, mission-driven workforce and ensuring our organization remains an inclusive, innovative, and support-driven workplace. Your primary responsibility will be to lead all Human Resources functions, encompassing recruitment, staff development, and fostering a vibrant organizational culture that aligns with our mission. The ideal candidate will develop and implement HR strategies that promote organizational growth while ensuring adherence to all relevant employment laws. A key aspect of this role is nurturing a workplace environment grounded in community values, learning, and respect, embracing the diverse fabric of our local context. Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, while an MBA and HR certifications are preferred. You should have a minimum of 8 years of HR experience, including 4-5 years in senior management. A proven track record in organizational development, talent strategy, and culture-building is essential, along with experience managing HR functions in complex, multi-departmental organizations. We are looking for a strategic and innovative thinker with exceptional communication, relationship-building, and change management skills. Strong knowledge of employment law and best HR practices is crucial, and experience in nonprofit or mission-driven contexts is highly valued.
