Key Responsibilities: Clinical Integration: Utilize your expertise in healthcare policies and practices to seamlessly integrate and manage the EHR system alongside the Pharmacy Module, ensuring consistency with clinical workflows for improved patient outcomes. Technology Advocacy: Promote innovations in technology that advance clinical practices and elevate patient care delivery. Leadership: Motivate and guide a diverse team of healthcare professionals, nurturing a cooperative and innovative environment. Change Management: Support effective transitions and adoption of new technologies and methodologies, ensuring that staff are prepared and engaged. Data Utilization: Employ data science techniques to drive decision-making processes, optimize clinical workflows, and improve patient care. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to advocate for best clinical practices and set high benchmarks in healthcare delivery. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of ongoing improvement by consistently evaluating and enhancing clinical processes to maintain top-tier patient care standards. Additional Responsibilities: Population Optimization: Lead initiatives to enhance pharmacist workflows with a focus on population-level optimization. Data Management and Analysis: Oversee and analyze pharmacy data to identify actionable insights that boost patient care and operational efficiency. Knowledge Transfer: Share critical information with staff and stakeholders to encourage the understanding and application of best practices. Informatics and Strategy: Serve as a liaison between IT and clinical teams, ensuring that technological updates align with clinical needs and effectively communicate clinician feedback. Clinical Informatics Relationships: Develop and sustain strong connections within clinical informatics to support integration and optimization initiatives. Support Events: Assist with event-driven initiatives that facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice collaboration among teams. Qualifications: Education: Doctor of Pharmacy or Registered Pharmacist with a current state pharmacist license in good standing. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience with the Oracle Health/Cerner Pharmacy module. Skills: Proficiency in project management with direct implementation experience. Strong grasp of healthcare policies, practices, and legacy systems. Comprehensive understanding of EHR systems and their technological integration in clinical settings. Proven ability in managing change and fostering organizational transformation. Expertise in analytics and data science to support clinical decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for productive stakeholder engagement. Ability to lead and work cohesively within a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in healthcare informatics. Experience with EHR migration and implementation projects. Background in federal healthcare operations. Experience in retail pharmacy practice. Job Responsibilities: As a seasoned professional with expertise in research and clinical practices, you will collaborate with Oracle's clinical leadership to strengthen relationships and enhance client performance through strategic initiatives. Work alongside development teams to design and position innovative solutions that address client needs. You will lead solution design for both existing and potential customer engagements, ensuring high-quality and integrated outcomes. Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding current projects. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Range and Benefits: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum, with eligibility for bonus and equity. Comprehensive benefits package available.
