Roles Include: Greeters, Access Control, Crowd Management, and More Compensation: Event Security at $19/hr (Guard Card Required) or Event Staff at $18/hr (No Guard Card Required) Work Shifts: Flexible Hours and Overtime Available Additional Benefits: Free transportation from the Los Angeles area, Free lodging, and Free meals As an Event Security Specialist with Allied Universal® Event Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of all guests while delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include bag checks, enforcing access control, and implementing safety procedures to promote an enjoyable experience for everyone. Key Responsibilities: Assist with event day preparations and execution. Manage entry processes, including ticket collection, wristband and badge verification, and directing guest traffic. Screen guests upon entry using bag searches and ID verification. Monitor security checkpoints to protect guests, staff, and assets. Address crowd control issues and escort unruly guests when necessary. Demonstrate knowledge of venue policies and event regulations. Enhance the guest experience by providing directions and helpful suggestions. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Licensing may be mandated by state or local laws prior to employment. Must successfully complete background checks and drug/alcohol screenings. Exhibit good judgment and discretion in various situations. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
