In this pivotal role, you will align the franchise's operations with the league's growth plan, with a concentrated focus on sponsorship development, social media engagement, and brand enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cultivating corporate partnerships and expanding brand presence, especially within the consumer-facing sports, media, or entertainment sectors. As the CBDO, you will shape the company's culture, lead a high-performing team, and ensure that the franchise achieves its commercial objectives while fostering deep community and fan engagement. We welcome applicants with at least 10 years of experience in a relevant field, emphasizing revenue generation and brand energy creation.
