This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, coaching technicians, and partnering closely with production to maximize uptime and reliability.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company contributionPaid time off and holidaysLong-term career stability with a growing organizationRequirements & Responsibilities:Lead maintenance team response to production and facility needsTroubleshoot and repair production equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systemsProvide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to maintenance techniciansSupport PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley) and production systems such as cookers, spice delivery systems, and spiral freezersOversee preventive maintenance scheduling and executionMaintain accurate CMMS records for work orders, PMs, and parts usageCollaborate closely with production leadership to minimize downtimeEnsure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food safety standardsRequired Qualifications:5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing2-4 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experienceStrong working knowledge of 480v electrical systemsExperience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmissionFood manufacturing experience (meat or RTE preferred)Familiarity with HACCP, LOTO, GMPs, and sanitation standardsAbility to work in a refrigerated environmentStrong computer skills (CMMS, Microsoft Word, Excel)Ability to lift up to 50 poundsPreferred Qualifications:PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley)Ammonia refrigeration systems exposureBoiler and facility utility systems experienceWelding skillsDon't hesitate!Submit your resume for immediate consideration today!
