COMPENSATION PACKAGE - EARN UP TO $24.00 PER HOUR Base pay starting at $18.50 per hour, which includes guaranteed hourly pay and a $3.00 Network Fee component. Get paid for every hour worked. Weekly performance bonuses of up to $250 based on your contributions. Receive a $100 bonus for working between 36-44.99 hours weekly. Earn a $100 bonus for working 45+ hours weekly (only one hours-worked bonus will apply). A TNPS Performance Bonus of a $50 Gift Card for achieving four or more TNPS Promoters with no TNPS Detractors in a single day. BENEFITS Competitive hourly pay starting at $18.50. A $405 bonus for completing TurboTax Product Expert certification. Flexible work-from-home options with a schedule that you determine, available from 8 AM to 12 AM EST, Monday through Sunday. Enjoy an additional $5/hour for all hours worked from April 9-15. Benefit from a quick 24-hour certification process. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE No prior accounting experience is necessary; we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and assist TurboTax users. Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively supporting customers with TurboTax products and tax return software. Ability to understand and empathize with customer needs while delivering innovative and high-quality support. Please note: To be eligible for the $405 certification bonus, you must complete the training certification and work a minimum of 8 hours on October 15. Additionally, you need to work at least 25 hours per week from Monday to Sunday during the specified hours. Earnings are calculated based on the work schedule established in the GigCX Marketplace.
