The ideal candidate will be an engaging nursing informatics leader with a talent for driving transformational change across clinical and operational spheres. This pivotal role demands a professional with a master's degree in a relevant field, an active RN license, and at least ten years of proven experience in nursing, healthcare operations, IT, or clinical informatics. The CNIO will play a vital role in enhancing the clinician experience, promoting patient safety, and refining care delivery through innovative digital solutions. Key responsibilities include: Serving as the enterprise nursing informatics executive and providing leadership for nursing informatics strategy Collaborating with executive leadership to ensure the clinical voice is represented in IT governance Leading efforts to optimize electronic health records and advance mobile-first clinical communication Guiding the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and minimize administrative tasks The successful candidate will possess a deep knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards, and be skilled at translating complex data into practical, actionable insights.
