Your Role Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures, as well as Joint Commission standards. Foster a workplace culture that empowers staff to surpass the objectives of our mission. Oversee hospital operations, continuously assessing and enhancing performance for the best patient care. Drive patient census growth by actively marketing our services within the community. Champion inclusivity and diversity in both our patient environment and workplace. Motivate your team and celebrate their achievements. Qualifications Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Alternatively: Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience in hospital operations, budget oversight, and regulatory compliance. A minimum of five years of management experience in healthcare, including at least 2-3 years in a senior leadership role.
