This contract offers a competitive weekly rate of $3,800, based on four 12-hour rotating day/night shifts, providing a great opportunity to expand your perinatal nursing skills within a supportive, patient-centered environment. You'll enjoy: License reimbursement Referral bonuses Comprehensive health insurance Certification reimbursement Weekly pay Sick pay Travel reimbursement Key Responsibilities of the Travel Obs LDRP RN: Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout the full perinatal continuum: labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum Monitor maternal and fetal status, interpret fetal heart tracings, and respond appropriately to changes Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, including pre- and post-op care Support breastfeeding, newborn care, and patient education Collaborate closely with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesiologists, pediatric teams, and support staff Recognize and respond promptly to obstetric emergencies Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR Requirements of the Travel Obs LDRP RN: Active New York RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start) BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN, Minimum 2 years of recent Obs L&D, LDRP, or Postpartum experience Strong assessment skills and ability to care for both mother and newborn Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities Why Work in Cooperstown, NY?
