You'll manage a diverse caseload of investigations, collaborate with HR and legal teams, and communicate across all company levels to promote transparency and trust in our ethics and investigation functions. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and requires extensive experience in conducting complex investigations, a strong background in employment law or employee relations, and a knack for producing detailed investigation reports.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Conduct thorough investigations from intake to conclusion, involving interviews, and data analysis.Synthesize findings and draft comprehensive investigation reports and executive summaries.Provide actionable recommendations for corrective actions and organizational improvements.Collaborate with HR, legal, and business leaders to maintain integrity in the investigative process.Ensure effective communication and updates are delivered to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.Must have SkillsProficient in conducting high-volume complex investigations autonomously.Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills for reviewing and synthesizing data/documents.Excellent communication abilities, with a talent for maintaining objectivity and empathy.Industry Experience:Experience within the tech industry preferred, but not mandatory.Practicing lawyer or significant experience in employment law strongly preferred.JD or equivalent legal educational background is highly regarded.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
