KPMG is seeking a talented Manager of SAP S4 Data Solutions to become part of our Enterprise Solutions group within the Advisory Services practice. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a robust data conversion strategy, including assessments of legacy systems, creation of source-to-target mappings, establishment of data cleansing protocols, and instatement of a solid data governance framework. Oversee the data conversion workstream for the SAP S/4HANA program, managing project timelines, budgets, and financials while proactively mitigating risks and addressing issues. Design and manage the data conversion architecture, including ETL pipelines, staging strategies, and validation protocols, utilizing SAP BTP and Datasphere for effective data orchestration. Execute the full data conversion lifecycle, which includes ETL design, multiple mock cycles, and data validation, ensuring alignment with key program milestones. Support the pursuit director during sales cycles by providing expertise in data conversion scope, solution design, and pricing that aligns with client transformation goals. Lead the data conversion team by assigning tasks, ensuring high-quality delivery, and cultivating a collaborative atmosphere while innovating with reusable ETL templates and automation tools. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP data conversion and governance, including significant participation in a full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation where you contributed to the data workstream during sales efforts. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution. Proven expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive data conversion strategies, from legacy assessments to robust data governance frameworks. Demonstrated success managing the data conversion workstream within large-scale SAP programs, including planning, risk management, issue resolution, and comprehensive budget oversight. Strong technical knowledge of data architecture principles, with practical experience designing ETL pipelines and executing the complete data migration lifecycle. Capable of leading and mentoring data-focused teams, fostering innovation through the creation of reusable ETL templates and governance tools to enhance project efficiency and quality.
