Job Description Join our team to lead the construction of state-of-the-art data centers. As a Senior Data Center Facilities Development Manager - MEP, you will have the opportunity to manage large-scale projects from initiation to completion, focusing on schedule, budget, quality, and safety. You will lead a diverse team of project managers, commissioning specialists, and contractors, mitigating risks and ensuring effective execution through detailed planning and hands-on leadership. Your proficiency in technical design, vendor management, and construction execution will enhance efficiency and sustainability in our operations. By adopting innovative methodologies and technologies, you will help establish our builds as benchmarks in the industry and support our commitment to growth. Key Impact Areas: Successful end-to-end delivery of complex data center projects on a large scale Leadership of multidisciplinary teams while fostering a culture prioritizing safety Effective management of schedules, budgets, risks, and contracts Collaboration with design, commissioning, and operations teams for smooth transitions Implementation of advanced construction practices and sustainable solutions This role requires work onsite in Saline, Michigan and is not eligible for remote work. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Ownership of MEP infrastructure scope to ensure exceptional technical performance and delivery. Oversee full construction processes conducted by colocation providers, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Develop and maintain detailed schedules with clear milestones to keep providers aligned. Evaluate risks impacting timely delivery, addressing gaps in mitigation and updating stakeholders on implications. Facilitate the seamless integration of tenant fit-outs with base building provisions throughout design, construction, and commissioning phases. Implement stringent quality assurance and quality control measures to uphold design intent and meet industry standards. Work with design teams to ensure on-site execution matches approved plans and specifications. Act as the primary point of contact with colocation providers, facilitating effective communication. Proactively identify risks related to scope, cost, schedule, and safety, executing plans to safeguard project outcomes. Ensure all activities adhere to applicable codes, regulations, and Oracle’s standards. Provide ongoing, data-driven feedback on colocation providers to support continuous improvement efforts. Conduct regular site visits to verify adherence to schedules, coordination, safety, and project quality throughout the lifecycle. Compensation: US Salary Range: $120,100 to $251,600 annually. May include eligibility for bonuses, equity, and compensation deferral.
