Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

VillageMD is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our home-based primary care team to support our vulnerable Medicare and Medicare advantage patients in Griffin, GA (travel will be required to other nearby cities including but not limited to Lithonia, McDonough, and Monticello ).
