About the Position: Ready Set GO Therapy is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapist-run practice serving children and families at our new fully equipped sensory gym in Sausalito and our newly expanded Novato clinic, as well as outdoor groups, summer camps, and school-based settings. About Ready Set GO Therapy: Ready Set GO Therapy is a therapist-run practice that has been serving children and families in Marin and the greater Bay Area since 2008. We have a strong reputation in the community, and our culture encourages professional development, collaboration, mentorship, and innovation. We are passionate about empowering children and supporting therapists in meaningful, sustainable careers. Compensation: Hourly position, with a pay range based on experience. Employment Type: W-2 Employee | Full-Time or Part-Time | Hourly, Non-Exempt Overtime is paid in accordance with California law. Requirements: Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist: (Including, but not limited to) Perform evaluations and provide treatment for pediatric clients. Caseload includes highly motivated families with a typical age range of 215 years, with diagnoses including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Learning Differences (LD), Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support client-centered goals Provide family and community education, including caregiver coaching and consultation Communicate and coordinate with community professionals such as teachers, school staff, and medical providers Potential to lead or support Friendship Explorations summer camps and outdoor groups Who We're Looking For: Licensed Occupational Therapist in California or license-eligible Experience working with pediatric populations or a strong interest in pediatrics Comfortable engaging in active, play-based activities Values collaboration, mentorship, and family-centered care New graduates are encouraged to apply May be a great fit for school-based therapists looking to supplement their work week with after-school or weekend hours Employment is contingent upon background check and verification of licensure Physical Requirements/Work Environment: This position is physically active and may require the ability to sit on the floor, kneel, squat, crawl, bend, and transition to standing repeatedly throughout the workday Ability to participate in physically active play and gross motor activities with pediatric clients Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment or materials up to approximately 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to travel between clinic locations, school sites, and community locations as required Pay: $52.00 - $64.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 40 per week Work Location: In person by Jobble
