Job Summary: Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. They are looking for a data focused Renewals Operations Senior Analyst who will play a crucial role in improving processes utilizing data and supporting the renewal organization in territory planning operations. Responsibilities: • Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, then develop and implement solutions to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and enhance overall performance. • Process Determination and Execution: Help determine process needs and facilitate the execution of solutions to streamline workflows and enhance operational performance. • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential operational risks, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions, especially in anticipation of transformational changes. • Issue Resolution: Assist in troubleshooting operational issues as they surface, proposing systemic and process changes to address root causes. • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to derive insights into performance, trends, and areas for improvement. Develop and present actionable reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making within the Operations Team. • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, identifying bottlenecks and streamlining the renewal process. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives and ensure seamless integration of sales operations initiatives. • Business Partnering: Work with and build relationships with Renewals Managers, Sales, Revenue Recognition, Deal Desk Support, SalesOperations, and Legal to drive deal execution. Provide suggestions/assistance for contract negotiations or customer satisfaction issues. Qualifications: Required: • SQL and spreadsheet proficiency is required • Python and Tableau experience is a strong plus • Proven experience in Renewals/Sales Operations, Business Operations or a similar role with a track record of successfully managing and improving processes • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, synthesize information, and develop solutions and recommendations abilities with a keen attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments • Self-motivated with a highly collaborative style, strong influencing skills, and aim to work in a constantly evolving growth environment • A strong sense of openness, curiosity, and a willingness to approach tasks and situations without preconceived notions or fixed perspectives • Understanding of broader business and financial concepts, adept at managing multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting • Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience required • Experience with Salesforce is considered a bonus Company: Salesforce is a cloud-based software company that provides customer relationship management software and applications.
