HR Generalist Location: Shelton, CT (Onsite) Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000 Why This HR Generalist Position? Join a growing healthcare technology company in Shelton Work directly with the Global Head of HR Opportunity to take ownership of recruiting for leadership roles Broad HR exposure including compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee engagement High visibility role supporting both HR operations and office leadership Key Responsibilities of the HR Generalist Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruiting for key leadership and professional roles Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute strategic hiring plans Source, attract, and engage top talent across multiple channels Coordinate interviews and support the candidate experience HR Operations Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, and offboarding Assist with compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination Conduct and support performance reviews and employee evaluations Partner with leadership on employee relations and retention initiatives Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices Administrative & Office Support Provide day-to-day administrative support for the HR function and Shelton office Coordinate interviews, leadership meetings, training sessions, and company events Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS documentation Support onboarding logistics including equipment, workspace, and system access Assist with HR reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements Preferred Qualifications of the HR Generalist 5+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to recruiting and HR operations Experience supporting compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance management Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Experience supporting leadership hiring and HR initiatives #INMAR2026 #LI-OR1 #LI-Hybrid
