Pelvic Health Physical Therapist Seattle Rehab Specialists | Seattle, WA If you became a pelvic & women’s health physical therapist because you believe deeply in listening, advocacy, and helping people reclaim parts of their lives they were told to “just live with,” this might be for you. Maybe you’re passionate about pelvic health, postpartum care, and supporting patients through deeply personal moments, but you feel rushed, siloed, or like your work is undervalued. Maybe your specialty feels like an afterthought instead of the meaningful, life changing care it truly is. Maybe you’re searching for more ownership, more support, and more alignment with the reason you chose this path in the first place. At Seattle Rehab Specialists, we believe pelvic & women’s health care deserves space, intention, and respect for both patients and providers. People First. Always. That means creating an environment where healing is collaborative, individualized, and rooted in trust. It means giving our providers the autonomy, mentorship, and community they need to do their best work without burnout. Who We’re Looking For We are seeking an individual who leads with empathy, curiosity, and clear communication. Someone who believes deeply in patient centered, trauma informed care and is excited to build something meaningful, not just fill a schedule. This role is ideal for a therapist who wants ownership with support. You will have the freedom to shape and grow a pelvic & women's health clinical program while being backed by a team that genuinely believes in the value of your work. You value collaboration, lifelong learning, and community connection. You feel called to advocate for patients who are often unheard and underserved, and you want to practice in a way that honors each patient’s story, not a predefined protocol. What You’ll Do You will evaluate and treat a wide range of women’s health and pelvic health conditions, including pelvic pain, incontinence, pregnancy related concerns, postpartum recovery, and core and pelvic floor dysfunction. You will develop and grow a comprehensive pelvic & women's health clinical program within a thriving outpatient clinic. You will work with clinical leadership to build strong referral relationships with physicians and community partners and educate patients through evidence based, individualized care that supports long term wellness. You will collaborate closely with a supportive team of physical therapists who value shared learning and teamwork. You will not be doing this alone. How We Support You You will receive hands on mentorship and support from clinic leadership, including regular strategy and growth meetings. We will assist you in creating and executing a marketing and referral strategy and actively promote your services to physicians and strategic partners. You will also be supported by a marketing coordinator who helps share your expertise across social media and community platforms. Our clinic culture values collaboration, respect, and celebrating each provider’s specialty. Our goal is simple. To help you succeed, grow, and feel proud of the work you are doing. Requirements Applicants must hold a Washington State Physical Therapist license or be in the process of obtaining one. Specialized training or a strong interest in women’s health or pelvic health physical therapy is required. Strong communication skills, relationship building ability, and a growth oriented mindset are essential. Compensation and Benefits Salary range is $92,000 to $100,000 depending on experience. Team bonus program based on clinic performance is available. Benefits include health insurance, 401k with employer match, and a generous continuing education allowance. How to Apply If you are reading this and thinking, “I want my work to matter. I want my patients to feel seen. I want to be part of a community, not just a clinic,” we would love to meet you. Please submit your resume and a brief letter sharing why pelvic & women's health clinical program matters to you and what you would hope to build at Seattle Rehab Specialists. Come help us create one of Seattle’s most trusted and compassionate pelvic & women's health programs together.
