RN Case Manager Hospice Location: Rockville, MD Job Type: Full-Time Salary/Pay Rate: $45/hour and up (based on experience) Position Overview NurseAmerica is seeking a compassionate and organized RN Case Manager to join our hospice care team. This role offers autonomy and flexibility, allowing you to manage your own daily schedule while delivering exceptional end-of-life care to patients and families. The RN Case Manager plays a vital role in coordinating care, managing a caseload of hospice patients, and ensuring comfort, dignity, and support throughout the care journey.
