LOCUM Psychiatrist Troy, New York Adult Inpatient Psychiatry Monday Friday Schedule EPIC 365 Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist for an adult inpatient behavioral health unit in Troy, New York. This opportunity offers a structured weekday schedule with shared call responsibilities within a collaborative inpatient psychiatry program. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed. Schedule Model • Monday Friday • 8:00 AM 4:30 PM • Call rotation: 1:4 • Weekend call: 1:4 Practice Overview • Adult inpatient behavioral health unit • 30-bed adult psychiatric unit • Approximately 15 patients per provider • Total hospital behavioral health capacity: 63 beds • EMR: Epic Team Structure: • 3 inpatient psychiatrists currently on staff • Additional locum support being added • Outpatient team includes 5 physicians and 1 APP Clinical Scope • Adult inpatient psychiatric evaluations and management • Medication management and treatment planning • Daily rounding on assigned inpatient census • Participation in weekend and call rotation • Crisis evaluation support when on weekend call On rare occasions, psychiatrists may evaluate adolescents in the crisis unit before transfer to an adolescent facility if admission is required.
