Position Summary: We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a residential mental health treatment center located in Locust Grove, VA. In this role, you ll work within a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care for adult clients with mental health conditions in a structured residential setting. Responsibilities: Conduct routine and as-needed nursing assessments Administer medications and monitor for side effects or complications Document care in accordance with clinical and regulatory guidelines Collaborate with psychiatric, clinical, and residential care staff Support crisis intervention and ensure patient safety Educate clients on medication and health-related matters Requirements: Active and unrestricted RN license in Virginia Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (preferably in behavioral health, residential, psychiatric care, or any) BLS certification required Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills Ability to work effectively within a team-based care model About the Facility Number of beds in the Residential Treatment Center is 56 RN ratio is 1:16 Patients are medically stable with a primary mental health diagnosis.
