Holland Connections is an outpatient Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology provider. Holland Connections serves pediatric clients at our outpatient locations, pediatric clients enrolled at Holland Center, and young adults enrolled at Holland Life Plus+. Holland Connections is currently seeking an energetic and reliable full-time or part-time Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for our pediatric and young adult division in Mendota Heights. For more information about our company, please visit our website at Position Details:Potential candidates will be responsible for evaluation, intervention planning and treatment for children and young adults with various diagnoses. Responsibilities will include: Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations as necessary Make appropriate recommendations for therapy frequency and intensity Complete all documentation, including initial evaluation reports, treatment plans, daily treatment notes, and discharge reports Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration Conduct training with caregivers to ensure generalization of skills across environments Maintain MN Department of Health Licensure and NBCOT Certification Education and Qualifications:Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy NBCOT Certification Licensed by the MN Department of Health Experience:Prior pediatric experience preferred but not necessary Skills:Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team of professionals Ability to empathize with parental concerns and provide suggestions for therapy skills carryover at home Ability to plan, organize and manage time efficiently Pay: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Continuing education credits Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance License reimbursement Mileage reimbursement Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Vision insurance Work Location: In person by Jobble
