Job description: Job Summary: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Population Contract | 3–6 Months | Full Time Location: Andover, MA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high‑quality services to the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) population. This is a full‑time contract opportunity working with individuals ages 6–21 in a supportive, collaborative environment. Position Details Contract Length: 3–6 months Hours: Full Time (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) Caseload: Ages 6–21, IDD population Location: Andover, MA Compensation Local Rate: $70/hr Travel Package: $3,000 weekly Requirements Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) 2+ years of professional SLP experience Experience with the IDD population preferred Strong communication, documentation, and therapeutic skills
