Company Description  Grey Matters PT is a pediatric therapy clinic located in Frisco, dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients. Our team specializes in supporting children with a wide range of developmental and therapeutic needs. In addition to our clinic services, we collaborate with various healthcare facilities to provide skilled therapists specializing in neurodevelopmental treatment for both pediatric and adult populations. We are currently seeking passionate and qualified therapists to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients. Role Description We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join full-time in Aubrey, TX , serving a Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) facility . In this role, you’ll work closely with individuals with special needs in a supportive, community-centered setting. You’ll evaluate each patient’s unique strengths and challenges, design personalized therapy plans, and provide hands-on treatment to improve mobility, strength, independence, and overall quality of life. This position is perfect for a therapist who values meaningful connections, collaborative teamwork, and making a real difference every day. You’ll partner with families, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary team to create an encouraging and compassionate environment where patients can thrive. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions Utilize neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT) techniques when appropriate Collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and facility staff Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and home programs Track patient progress and adjust plans as needed Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and state guidelines What We’re Looking For Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) Strong clinical foundation in rehabilitation and patient-centered care Experience in skilled nursing, hospital, community-based, or facility settings is a plus Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt and thrive in community-based healthcare environments A genuine passion for supporting individuals with special needs What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Health insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) 401(k) retirement plan CEU reimbursement Supportive leadership and clinical mentorship Opportunity to work in meaningful community-based settings The chance to make a lasting impact in the lives of individuals with special needs and their families
