Position Function: Set up of cavity inserts into mold bases. Set up of mold bases into machine. Run production per W.O. instructions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Verify and assemble correct mold components in preparation for setting up into a mold base and or machine. • Verify part dimensions upon startup of a work order • Follow correctly company and departmental procedures • Correctly filling out documentation as required • Operation and production of plastic and or rubber parts • Quality Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain an orderly area by promoting good housekeeping within immediate and surrounding areas. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned. Job Knowledge / Skills / Experience Preferred • Must be familiar with company and dept procedures. • Must be proficient in the setting up and running of production. • Must know and understand the controls and functions of molding press' and the auxiliary equipment used in molding operations. • Minimum 2 years' experience in production molding operations.
