About the Role As the Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the home is impeccably clean, well-organized, and functioning smoothly. You'll collaborate with the property manager and household team to maintain a seamless environment for the family and their guests. This is a full-time position, including occasional weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the home to the highest standards. Perform seasonal deep cleaning and detailed housekeeping tasks as assigned. Oversee household inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed. Handle laundry tasks, including personal items, linens, and dry-cleaning coordination. Assist with errands such as grocery shopping, personal shopping, and special requests. Support the maintenance, security, and general upkeep of the residence. Provide assistance with guest hospitality and travel preparations. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of service. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in luxury residential households or a similar role. Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability to meet the family's preferences and schedule. Discretion and respect for privacy. Comfortable working around and with dogs and children First aid and CPR certification preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfort with standing, walking, and climbing stairs for extended periods. Ability to handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely. Compensation and Benefits $55-$60 per hour Medical/Dental/Vision for employee + dependents 10 paid vacation days 5 paid sick days
