Legacy Silverton Medical Center is seeking a LOCUM TO PERM skilled and dedicated Breast imaging radiologist to join their team ASAP! Hospital-based Breast Center 8 am - 5 pm schedule, Monday to Friday Level 4 trauma designation No ER volume, as this is a Breast Imager position Powerscribe dictation into EPIC, EPIC Mammography reporting 1 mammography room and 2 ultrasound rooms at Silverton; 1 mammography room and 1 ultrasound room at the Imaging Center (only screening exams performed at this facility) 250 radiologists in the Seattle-based practice, with the Breast Imager serving as the on-site physician Support staff includes 2 daytime ultrasound techs, 1 mammography tech, and 1 breast navigator Breast navigator assists in stereotactic and ultrasound-guided breast biopsies and helps schedule follow-up care for mammography patients Teleradiology is not an option for this position- is used for diagnostic radiology exams, but not for breast imaging Adult patient demographic. Requirement description : Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3 years - REQUIRED Fellowship in Breast Imaging - highly preferred Active OR License - REQUIRED BLS - REQUIRED Proficiency in mammography and breast biopsies - REQUIRED Must be interested in going perm after working an agreed upon amount of time as a locum.
