Job Description

Adecco is hiring for a Direct Hire Controller paying $65,000 to $75,000 annually. The hours are 7:30am - 4pm Monday - Friday. Job Duties: Support client's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance Maintain and strengthen internal controls Lead month-end close process Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and inventory accounting Partner with operations to analyze costs and improve profitability Support budgeting and forecasting processes Coordinate and assist with audits Supervise and guide accounting staff Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3-5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing or construction preferred) Cost accounting experience a plus Strong GAAP knowledge, ERP experience, and advanced Excel skills If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to contribute to a growing organization, we encourage you to apply.
